Who pays to repair a product?
After you have received approval from your Claim Representative on the repair estimate, you would pay for the repair and we would subsequently reimburse you for the pre-authorized cost. Your Extended Warranty protection mirrors the scope of the manufacturer’s coverage. Therefore, you will be responsible for any diagnostic and teardown costs if the product failure is not covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
