Who pays to re-register a candidate if they need to re-sit the assessment?

If the reason for ending/failing the assessment was due to a technical fault of the software then NPTC will pay; if it is the fault of the assessment centre or invigilator the assessment centre will pay; if it is the fault of the candidate the candidate will pay.
