Who pays the postage costs if an item has to be returned?
If a full refund has been approved and you have been provided a Return Authorisation number, you will be required to organize the return and pay the cost of returning the item to us before the refund can be processed. Refunds cannot be provided for items Returned to Sender or simply sent back without a Return Authorisation number. These items will either be returned back to you at your cost or will be refunded less a 50% penalty fee off the item cost due to return postage we incur, storage costs and handling fees.
