Who pays the gas and electricity bills?
< Back to "Your Questions Answered" Index Gas and electricity bills will be the responsibility of the University for the duration of the Tenancy Agreement, and the supplying company will be changed accordingly where appropriate. Meters that are charged using either a key or card are required to be changed to a standard billing meter prior to the Agreement commencing.
