Who pays the expenses incurred in connection with the solicitation of proxies?
Expenses in connection with the solicitation of proxies will be paid by us. Proxies are being solicited principally by mail, by telephone and through the Internet. We have retained Georgeson Shareholder Communications Inc. to act as a proxy solicitor for a fee estimated to be $20,000, plus reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. In addition, our directors, officers and employees may solicit proxies personally or by email, telephone, fax or special letter. We may reimburse brokerage firms and others for their expenses in forwarding proxy materials to the beneficial owners of our shares. How may I get additional copies of the Annual Report?
