Who pays for the travel and hotel costs?

If you are an official participant of the Grand Council, then Sigma Chi will be paying the cost for your airfare, pre-arranged and scheduled shuttle transportation to/from Chicago O’Hare Airport, your sleeping room (based on sharing a room) and all scheduled meals during the Grand Council. Should you request a private hotel room, the Fraternity will cover ½ the total cost of the room for you. Hotel incidentals are on each attendee.
