You do! If you rack up a high bill from your telephone company due to many dial in attempts, the cost is yours! SuperNerd cannot be responsible for any calls that are made by you. High call charges might result due, but not limited to, unsuccessful dial in attempts and then retrying, multiple reconnection attempts due to drop outs or because you forgot to switch off auto-redial attempts! SuperNerd operates an extremely high quality dial up network and drop out problems etc should be a very minor issue, but if you do experience these, you really must give our Nerd Support a call!
