For Singapore customers who are not exchanging in person and are sending the merchandise by mail / courier, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Delivery of replacement item(s) is chargeable at Singpost local mail rates. International customers must pay the shipping charges incurred for exchanges. If we sent you incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us.
