SiteAvail is flexible in contractual and payment arrangements. In general, SiteAvail will contract directly with sponsors or CROs for Conversion and Archival services; sites should include budget line items for these services within their contracts with sponsors/CROs. Payment can be done as pass-through from site or directly to SiteAvail. SiteAvail will hold contracts directly with sites for Site Communications Solutions and HIPAA Consultation services.
