Who pays for the concrete if it is not pumpable?
Our responsibility is to make our best efforts to pump the concrete supplied by the concrete company that you hire. As we do not ever supply the concrete, it is impossible for us to ensure that the concrete is 100% consistent from job to job. We only own and run Schwing Concrete Line Pumps which are world renowned for their reliability. You can be sure that we will make our best attempt at pumping the concrete mix as long as it is safe to do so. We are not responsible for the cost of the concrete if the concrete is not pumpable. We will also still require our minimum charges be paid in the event that the concrete is not pumpable. We will do everything possible to wait for a replacement load to be supplied by the concrete supplier you hired, as long as our schedule allows for it.
