Who pays for the Basic Cable package and Hotspot internet access?
Basic Cable Package is included as as part of the rent. See http://www.gci.com/forhome/cable/home_cable.htm If you want additional packages, features, telephone, etc. you must make arrangements with the provider. We are working on providing Hotspot service, but have not implemented it yet. If you are interested in this, ask about how it is coming along.
