Shipping to an Intermec facility is the responsibility of the customer. Intermec pays for return shipping, at “Second Day” rates for contract customers, but “Ground” for Warranty, Flat Rate and Time and Materials. If the customer would like to have the device returned sooner, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
