Who pays for shipping if I send the book back under the guarantee?
United States customers: We will refund your initial shipping cost. However, please send the book to us by United States Postal Service Media Mail. This shipping refund is in addition to the price of the book and sales tax if applicable. You may use another shipping method if you prefer, but our total shipping refund to you will be no more than you initially paid. (We’re sorry about this, but we don’t have any control over the cost of shipping you choose. We wouldn’t want you to send it via overnight, for example, and have to pay that cost!) Please make sure that the package is postmarked within thirty days of your purchase. Media Mail can be very slow, so you may have to wait as much as four weeks for a refund. Foreign customers: We will refund you, in addition to the price of the book, an amount equal to what it cost you to ship the book back to us, but no more than what it cost us to send the book to you initially, no matter what method you use to return the book to us.
