Who pays for shipping and handling?
There is a $9.95 round trip ticket charge assessed to your account each time you borrow a device. The item ships to you via UPS. When you’re ready to borrow a device, simply browse our site and make your selection. When you’re ready to return an item you are currently borrowing, send it back using the return box and label. Shipping fees include insurance for the item during its journey. $9.95 will automatically be billed to your account each time you choose to borrow a device. A signature will be required for receipt of shipments.
Free roundtrip shipping is included with your rental. Your right to luxury should be hassle free and convenient so shipping is included in our low rental prices – no hidden charges no late fees no insurance fees. (some discounts may apply, see Club Diva). After you finish carrying a handbag, simply put it in its prepaid return carton and mail it back to us.

Nation-wide, metropolitan deliveries cost $12.95. Returning your item is FREE using our prepaid courier slip or post pack which is included in your delivery pack. Customers living outside metropolitan locations should contact us prior to placing an order as there may be the need for an additional delivery charge dependent upon the location.
