Who pays for return shipping?
Per our policy, Rc4WD.com does not pay for the return shipping of return merchandise (including defective items). If the items has to be returned for an exchange, RC4WD.com will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to us and we will consequently ship the replacement item back to the customer at no additional charge.
In the case of a refund, only the cost of the shoes will be refunded. Postage or Shipping fees are not subject to our refund policy. Except in the case of error on the part of Shoes of Seduction. Any postage fees incurred due to an exchange are payable by the customer requesting the exchange. Except in the case of error on the part of Shoes of Seduction.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy allows you to return any unworn item for up to 30 days. We do not pay for return shipping so you may use any carrier you wish. We do suggest that you track and insure your package as we are not responsible for lost returned packages. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item because the item you received is different than our online description, we will refund all your shipping costs upon inspection of that item.
