Who pays for Rebuilding TogetherSavannah repairs?
All repairs are paid for by Rebuilding TogetherSavannah sponsors with no cost to the homeowner. Able homeowners and their families are asked to work along with the volunteers in the spirit of neighbor helping neighbor. Our goal is to make a sustainable impact in partnership with the community. Who sponsors Rebuilding TogetherSavannah? small businesses, service organizations and clubs, associations, and faith-based groups may serve as house sponsors. Cash and in-kind donations are also accepted. All contributions are fully tax deductible. Nationally, it is estimated that Rebuilding Together affiliates across the country will deliver over $93 million in market value in 2008.
