Drivers and Riders are responsible for paying for non-fuel costs. When a rideshare is confirmed, the Driver should provide Riders with details on expected tolls and parking charges. The RideJockey will be happy to work with your rideshare group to allocate these costs fairly (even transferring funds between TripVerde accounts).
