The site is owned by the City of Edmonton. They lease the property to the Whitemud Equine Learning Centre Association, a non-profit association, for the purposes of operating an equestrian centre which includes: horse riding lessons, therapeutic riding programs, horse shows and events for the benefit of Edmontonians.
