Who owns the vines, trellising and equipment used to grow my winegrapes?

0

The land, water rights, investment in the pipeline, trellis, plant and equipment will all be owned by the land owning company. The land owning company will have an allocation for River Murray water for the vineyard, and will in turn licence growers to draw water to irrigate their allotment. The water will be pumped to the vineyard via a 13.5km pipeline from Lake Alexandrina. The pipeline will be independently owned and the land owning company will take a 20% interest in the pipeline company. At the end of the term of the project all rights to the vineyard infrastructure will be owned by the land owning company.
