LogoNexus.com completely owns the rights to the logo designs developed at LogoNexus.com before the sale. After you purchase the logo you will own the rights to the selected logo design. After complete payment is received by Logo Nexus.com, the final selected design is mailed to the customer and the responsibility of acquiring copyright and trademark rights thereafter lies with the customer. In case, the customer is not satisfied and gets a refund from us, LogoNexus.com regains the rights to the logo design previously chosen by that customer.
