Who owns the rights to the final artwork?
Your final approved unmodified layout is yours, and ownership rights transfer to you upon payment and delivery. Ownership of copyright elements (i.e. stock photos, etc.) remain property of the copyright holder(s) and are used within the scopes of their licensing agreement(s). Note that if we send you more than one design option or concept to choose from, the rights only transfer to the final design you’ve chosen and purchased, not the additional concepts or designs, or a projects individual design elements, unless specified in writing.
