You do. So you can do whatever you want with it. Give a copy to your friends. Even sell it to other similar companies. But remember, that it was designed to meet your needs, not those of other companies. It also has your Logo and Company name embedded inside it, which might be a problem. NB. It contains all your company data, but of course you can empty the tables before you sell it on. Are we forced to go through Herakles DBM Systems for any changes we want to make in the future? No. Although we would obviously hope that you come back to us for future development work; if for no other reason than you feel we did such a good job for you on the first phase! If you so request we will sell you (as an option) all the relevant source code, so you’re not tied to us in any way. You can then get other qualified people to do the future development work for you.
