Who owns the rights on the final design?
This depends on who supplied the artwork. For example, if you provide the artwork or text, you retain copyright on that text or artwork. If Teksoft Print provides the artwork using royalty and royalty free graphics, these are licensed and/or paid for by Teksoft Print; therefore, Teksoft Print retains the right to reproduce the final design artwork.
