The dry recycling wheeled bin remain the property of Sandwell Council. If you are moving house, the bin must be left for use by the next occupier. Sandwell Council reserves the right to charge residents for the replacement of lost, stolen or damaged bins and to withdraw the service in cases of continued misuse.
