A. The Open Space within an occupied building phase has been dedicated to the City of Santa Fe for use as trails, parks and nature areas. The Tierra Contenta Corporation (TCC) owns all land in future phases. TCC allows residents to hike or bicycle on established trails in future phases. The use of all terrain vehicles (ATVs) and other motor vehicles is strictly prohibited both in future phases and in land dedicated to the City.
