By posting messages to the TheMouseForLess list or submitting material for publication on TheMouseForLess.com, users are granting the list and web site owners a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute any message (in whole or in part) worldwide and to include it in other works in any other form, media, or technology. Users may not join the TheMouseForLess list for the purpose of “collecting” information, tips or any other list material posted to their private email boxes or the TheMouseForLess archives without first receiving written approval by the list owner.
