Once you have paid for the project in full and recieve the final files, you own 100% rights to the final logo design. Our company owns the rights to the rejected concepts. This does not protect you from some one else copying your logo design when you start using it. For that you would have to apply for a trademark with the United States Patent Office directly or through a trademark attorney.
