All LCI data sets published via the ELCD database, can be freely used and distributed and also included in commercial LCI databases. The ownership and hence liability of the original LCI data sets remains with the Business Association, or other source, which provided the data set. Liability for derived data sets is with the developer of the respective derived LCI data set only.
