Course materials published on the OCW website by UMass Boston are licensed under a Creative Commons license. Faculty members retain the copyright for their content. UMass Boston retains ownership only when significant use has been made of the Institution’s resources. If student course work is placed on the UMass Boston OCW site, then copyright in the work remains with the student.At the time content is submitted, authors and copyright holders determine how their materials can be distributed and modified.
