Who Owns the Images?
As is customary with professional photography, we retain copyright ownership and possession of the original images. We shoot digital equipement exclusively now so, for purposes of clarity, view the original images as the negatives from film photographs. You may not copy, modify or reproduce the images without our consent. Likewise, we may not use, display, sell, give away, or distribute your images without your consent. Your images will appear in only three possible places: 1) in our files – in case you want to order prints in the future, 2) on our web site during your review or on proof sheets, and 3) on any prints you order from us. We produce our own professional prints for this particular service so nobody in a photo lab will see your images. You may, however, purchase your images digital images on a CD in low resolution format at minimal cost so that you may display them on your personal web site or email them to family/friends so long as there is no monetary gain of any kind invo
