Who owns the films that are created by students at the NZFA?

0

Students are the sole owners of all the films they make during the course. However, please note that the NZ Film Academy reserves the right to use copies of all or part of student(s) productions and associated development material in the promotion of student(s) and/or the NZFA. New Zealand Film Academy also reserves the right to use copies of all or part of student(s) productions and associated development material as a tutorial resource. Any financial gain or reward from the promotion of student(s) work will be used at the discretion of New Zealand Film Academy, firstly to recover costs incurred for production and marketing of student(s) work.
