Who owns the copyrights to the designs I submit?
You retain all rights over every design you submit to us, be it in in your designer boutique or the Wordans Boutique. You have the option to re-use, take down, or sell your work anywhere you see fit. It’s your creation after all. We just want to give you the tools to sell your work on our website. The only thing we ask is that we have a limited exclusive engagement to re-produce your designs through Wordans. This means that for as long as you choose to make your designs available through Wordans, they cannot be printed by any other online custom t-shirt printing site.
