Who owns the copyright when purchasing an original big beautiful painting by Kristine Paton?
The copyright to any painting or reproduction does not automatically transfer to a purchaser when the artwork is purchased. Copyrights to all Big Beautifuls remain the property of the artist, Kristine Paton, who reserves the exclusive right to the use of, or granting permission for the use of, all Big Beautifuls imagery for any and all purposes.
