You do! Although I reserve the right to use the logo for promotional purposes. I will supply you with a grayscale version of your logo so that you can register it at a trademark organization. You are however completely 100% responsible for any copyright issues that may arise as a result of using my logo design service. It is your responsibility to investigate any possibilities of copyright infringement. There are companies set up to help you do this. I cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise after delivery is made.
