As the artist, I retain the copyright on all artwork created, though I grant rights to the client to use the image for all marketing and advertising materials for ten (10) years. This does include the stipulation that the copyright notice: “Artwork © 2010 Colleen D. Gjefle” must be printed legibly on all print material.
