The artist owns the copyright. Cerise Art Agency has obtained a licence in agreement with the artist to reproduce the photograph and the original painting as a limited edition print. Purchasing the print or the painting conveys ownership of the actual work but not the copyright, nor any licence to reproduce the image (see legal information).
