Work created by Golf Associates remains the property of Golf Associates and can not be supplied to other vendors. Duplication of any form is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to use our designs for promotion and advertisement purposes. Additionally, any material submitted to Golf Associates for reproduction must be clear of any potential copyright infringement. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain copyright clearance for materials submitted. Golf Associates will not be held liable for legal action arising from misuse of such materials.
