Who owns Principality Building Society?
Principality is a mutual building society which means we are owned by our members rather than shareholders like banks such as HBOS and Lloyds TSB. This means we don’t have to pay any dividends to shareholders from the profit we make so we are able to reinvest this money in the Society.
