Who owns Kokoda Experience PNG?
Kokoda Experience PNG is an indigenous PNG company wholly owned and operated by Koiari and Orokaiva directors from villages between the Sogeri Plateau and Kokoda village. Adventure Kokoda deals exclusively with Kokoda Experience PNG for the provision of guides and porters and for all liaison with villages along the Trail. Trekkers who use Kokoda Experience PNG to lead them across the Kokoda Trail are contributing to the employment of the custodians of land sacred to our military heritage. They are also making a valuable contribution to the economy of local villages which will support their schools and medical centres.
