KeyArena is a sports and entertainment facility owned and operated by the city of Seattle. The building was financed by bonds, which are to be repaid by the revenue generated through funds from premium seating, concessions and sale of the title sponsorship purchased by KeyCorp. No tax dollars were used to build KeyArena. The Sonics and Storm are the primary tenants of KeyArena. The Sonics and Storm do not have an ownership stake in KeyArena.
