Who owns copyright?
You must have the necessary rights for all content included in your uploaded Momento file. Momento is a personalised printing service, not a publishing company and does not own copyright in any of the uploads or their contents. Copyright in the content lies with the person who created the image or took the photograph, and photographers who have signed a Publishing Agreement may need permission from the client or publishing company to include the photographs in a Momento upload.
