Who owns and operates Williamsburg Landing?
Williamsburg Landing, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code, is the owner. The community is governed by an 18-member volunteer Board of Directors, comprised of distinguished local citizens and two residents. The President/CEO and his staff are responsible for day-to-day management of the community.
