Who owns and operates the New College Village?

The New College Village will be totally controlled and operated by New College’s board, senior management and staff under a management agreement between the two related entities. The land the New College Postgraduate Village is being built on has been leased from the University of NSW by the New College Village for an initial 49 year term.
