Who owns and operates Camp Chippewa for Boys?
The camp was established in 1935 by Cap and Mom Endres. It is owned and operated by the Camp Chippewa Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization. Mike Thompson became the director in 2002 after many years as a camper, counselor, and assistant director. J.P. Endres is the executive director, and was the director from 1962 through 2001.
