Who owns and manages Valencia?
Valencia is owned by a Costa Rican corporation and backed by US-based investors. Each development phase will be owned by different corporations, each working together to create a community embracing nature and providing quality lifestyles. Valencia is managed by Pacific View Partners, SA, the original developer. Kenneth Krell, the Managing Member, has earned Costa Rican residency, thus making our financing and development more efficient and less costly.
