Who owns and maintains the drainage easements in Section 13?
All drainage easements in Section 13, as identified on the Section 13 replat, are owned by and are the responsibility of the individual property owner(s). This responsibility includes maintenance and erosion control, as well as insuring that no impediment to natural or man-made drainage has been constructed.
