Who owns an Assura GP Provider Company?
Each Assura Local LLP will comprise a number of GP practices as members, which may range from a single large GP practice to a range of smaller or single handed practices. The GPCos may also, and are encouraged to, have other health professionals or staff as members. Individual GPs and clinicians will not be allowed to be members in their own right. All members will belong to actual practices or GPCos recognised as providers of health care services in the locality.
