Who owns a MIA supplied domain name?

0

Though the MIA pays for the registration of a new member’s .co.uk or .org.uk domain name, it is the legal property of the member for the registration period. The registration period with Nominet (the UK Naming Authority) is normally two years, after which is has to be renewed. MIA will renew the registration of members’ domain names every two years at no extra cost, and keep doing so for as long as they are MIA members.
