Who owned the 911 WTC scrap metal?
If you read one website on this subject you might discover that the Koch erectors were awarded the contract to supply the steel for the construction of the twin towers. The site will claim they were the only bidders and got the job for 20 million dollars. Apparently Koch told his dad that there was 200,000 tons of steel in those twins when the erection had been topped off. Then you might find another website that says the Port Authority awarded 85 million to Koch for the erection and other unspecified suppliers. For those readers that may not be aware that Bethlehem Steel and US Steel had been the only two companies to bid originally but those 100 million dollars + bids were rejected and bidding had been put out again encouraging smaller firms to put in a bid also.
