Who oversees the actions and activities of Give by Cell and The Mobile Giving Foundation?
As an approved Mobile Application Service Provider to the MGF, our activities and performance are monitored by both MGF and wireless carrier executive and compliance personnel. As a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the MGF is governed by established U.S. standards and practices for nonprofits in the United States. In addition, both companies have a board of directors and board of advisors responsible for corporate governance and compliance activities of the organizations.
